This wonderful Antique Ring, which weighs 1.9 grams, has a plain’D’ shaped shank with decorated shoulders supporting the Pink Tourmaline & Pearl set Floral Cluster Bezel that has a diameter of approx’ 10.0mm with a further Pearl set to either side. This beautiful 19th Century ring combines the femininity and beauty of this bygone age in a ring that is quite simply sublime. As shown this fine quality ring is stamped with a full British Hallmark, confirming that it is made from solid 15ct Gold and that it was assayed in Birmingham in 1863. Overall the ring is in great condition with only age appropriate wear; when viewed through a Jewellers Loupe two of the Pink Tourmalines each have a flea bite to a facet edge, but this isn’t really visible to the naked eye and doesn’t detract from what is a beautiful mid Victorian Ring. As shown the hallmark is still relatively crisp and clear, which is indicative of the ring’s overall condition and of how little it has been worn.
