As was common during this period the brooch is unmarked but it is guaranteed to be made from solid 9ct Gold i. It is not gold plated. This finest quality antique Brooch is set with truly gorgeous gems to create a jewel of superlative quality, needless to say it looks fabulous when worn and it is sure to attract many admiring glances. This stunning Brooch measures approx’ 41mm x 15mm and it weighs 4.0 grams. Overall this brooch is in superb condition and it is ready to wear; it is complete with it’s original pin, hinge & secure clasp and is presented in it’s original fitted antique box. The Box is covered in brown leather with a blue velvet interior and cream silk/satin lining to the inside of the lid – overall the Box is in great condition with a good strong hinge and push clap that works perfectly – as expected, the box shows wear to the surfaces commensurate with age.
