The earring backs in addition to the gold hallmark have the diamond weight engraved upon them. There is beautiful milgrain edges on all of the tops. A single diamond at the top of each dangle has milgrain edges as well. The black pearls are 8.8mm. The pearls have been died black which has resulted in highly matched pearls in both size and color. The onyx drops are set with a 14kt white gold top. They are 22mm in length (7/8″ X 1/4″). The stones are natural and untreated. The South Sea Pearls are quite a bit larger than the black pearls. They are 13.2 X 11.2mm, 13.1 X 11.3mm and 12.5 X 10.9mm. They look the same size when worn together as a set as the sizes are very close and the color is matched. The pearls have a few natural blemishes which can be seen up close. They have the most beautiful luster, it is almost mirror like. To me this helps in showing authenticity as perfect pearls are rare in nature and when found command a very, very high price. The turquoise drops are my last addition to the set. The earring charms are from Jude Frances and feature natural turquoise with SI diamonds at the top. The pendant charm is from an estate. It has Sleeping Beauty Turquoise with a diamond at the top. All three are in 18kt white gold. The turquoise are smaller in the earrings. The color in all three is a perfect match. Unfortunately when I added these I have so significantly increased my cost that I have to increase my price. If you have Jude Francis detachable earring charms they will work with these tops. The quality of this set is superior but the Francis items do work as you can see from the turquoise earring charms. If was to keep this set and didn’t want to wear it with a different top I would reduce the size of the ring on the Jude Francis charms as I don’t think it looks as good as my others which have a significantly smaller O ring at the top. The issue is that to do so would increase my cost yet more. If there is a particular stone you are interested in, I can make inquiries as to the cost. An 18kt white gold chain is included.
