Nymphenburg 982 Perl Pearl Gold Dresden Flowers Tea Cup & Saucer Set Dodecagonal

NYMPHENBURG #982 PERL GOLD WITH FLORAL DECORATION DODECAGON CUP AND SAUCER SET (5 SETS AVAILABLE). The pattern is #982, a variation of the “Perl Gold” (or “Pearl Gold”) design that is decorated with hand-painted “Dresden flowers”. Nymphenburg’s popular Perl pattern is characterized by a beaded pearl-like edge and a 12-sided dodecagon shape. Each cup measures about 4″ wide (not counting handle) and 2 1/8″ tall. The saucer is approximately 6 in diameter, measured point to point. The price listed is for a SINGLE CUP & SAUCER SET (up to 5 sets available) Inspired by the clear stylistic elements of the Louis XVI period, sculptor Dominikus Auliczek designed this classic “Perl” dinner service for Nymphenburg in 1793. The design is perhaps the single most iconic service in Nymphenburg’s history and was considered so exquisite that for over 100 years it was reserved exclusively for the Bavarian royal family. It was the first dinner service in Europe to have a dodecagonal shape. The pattern also incorporates three-dimensional acanthus leaves into the design, a classic art and architecture motif that Auliczek observed during his travels through Italy. The hand-painted flowers on these cups and saucers are unique to each piece. Since I have multiple sets, the floral decoration on the set you receive will not likely be the exact one pictured (but very similar). The pearl rim is enhanced with 24K gold highlights. The cup handles have a hand-painted leaf design and the acanthus leaves on the cup body are also trimmed in gold. The underside of the cups and saucers are marked with the green Nymphenburg shield and crown logo first used in 1910. Most of the saucers also have the hand-painted pattern number, as well as the impressed Bavarian shield mark. CHRISTIAN DIOR 1964 GROSSE Germany Faux Pearls Gold Plated Flowers Demi-Parure

Also take a look at the item details as they are part of the description as well. I have tried to show pictures from every angle so you can assess the condition, for yourself. For your consideration CHRISTIAN DIOR 1964. Haute Couture Demi-Parure by German Jewelry makers Henkel & Grossé. The designers Henkel and Grossé produced jewelry for Christian Dior in the late1950s to early1960. This company was eventually acquired. Each earring has a single faux white pearl, 12 mm, while the brooch has a single black and a white pearl each 12mm. All pieces of the set are signed on a cartouche on the underside GROSS. 1964 GERMANY The set is beautiful to see and handle and it is MEGA RARE!!! East Side Manhattan many years ago while l was at Fashion Design School at Parsons. It is part of my fashion designer accessory and vintage jewelry collection. Earrings 1 ¼ in diameter. X 2W at widest points. Overall condition is excellent for their age. The faux pearls in each earring is in excellent condition no nicks, stripping or peeling. Plated metal is slightly tarnished. On the underside of the earrings in particular, with a bit of wear and patina. The earrings fit snug with a bit of pinch. The faux pearls of the brooch are also in excellent condition. The gold plating is shiny and clean with slight wear noticeable only on magnification. The pin on the brooch is straight, sharp, sturdy and fits into a latch which locks securely. The clip backs on the earrings fit snug. The exquisite finish of both pieces of jewelry give them the look and feel of real gold and pearls and contributes to the overall exceptional preserved condition of this set. Highly collectible beautiful to see and wear. Will accessorizes perfectly with almost any outfit. This item is a part of my personal collection being disposed of. An Edwardian Pearl and Diamond (3.25ct) Flowers Brooch Set In 18ct Gold

Victorian Gold, White & Blue Sapphire Butterfly Brooch. An Edwardian Pearl and Diamond Flowers Brooch Set In 18ct Gold. This stunning 18 carat yellow and rose gold brooch is in the shape of a bunch of flowers and is adorned by 31 sparkling diamonds and 10 gorgeous, creamy pearls. It comes with a little gold safety chain. The item is not hallmarked but we have tested the gold content. All the brilliant cut diamonds have been checked. The whole item sparkles. We estimate the central diamond is 0.45 carats, the 2 by the lower single pearl are 0.25cts as is that in the left flower. The smallest diamonds forming the flower petals at 6 points with the rest averaging 15 points. We estimate the total weight of the diamonds to be 3.4 carat, but lets say 3.25 to be on the cautious side. The brooch is 2 inches (5cm) tall by 1.3 inches (3.25cm) wide. The chain has a length of 2.5 inches (6.5cm). The total weight is 10.3 grams. The brooch is in very good condition and it looks gorgeous when worn.
