Description: This is a stunning 15k yellow gold rhodolite garnet & natural seed pearl demi-parure dating ca. 1870 in its original box. English Victorian, from about the time of the Civil War, this consists of a mesh filigree brooch set with a cluster of clear, reddish-violet garnets, and three larger stones surrounded by natural seed pearls creating dangles at the bottom. The lustrous seed pearls are strung on gold wire & it has its original C-hook clasp. The earrings en suite are smaller versions of the pin, each finishing with a large French wire closure. The box is a bit delicate the jewelry is in fantastic condition! (see all 16 images). Please look at all the pics carefully.
