Bergère in lowercase distinct lettering on underside of fold over clasp, dating it between 1949 and 1979, although this set was likely produced in the 1970s. Back of each earring clip is also signed bergère; matching necklace is unsigned. This is a showstopper of a set, in shiny rich gold and an array of exciting and contrasting textures. One of the finest. Bergère pieces we’ve seen, in such lovely condition. Necklace is adjustable using the hook and extender chain. It measures 16 at its longest length. The wide panel-link bracelet measures roughly 7.75 long. NOTE: while the bracelet’s technical length is close to 8 inches, it takes a bit of pull to get the ends to meet because it is a little stiff. Wearable length is probably closer to 7 or less. Size of wrist in pictures is 6.5.
