South American origin, Circa 1940s Gold gilded silver set with Natural Colombian Emeralds / Green Beryl & Cultured pearls Includes necklace, earrings, pendant and original box The necklace weighs 68.7 grams The earrings weigh 6.4 grams The pendant weighs 3.2 grams The measurement of the center Emerald stone in the necklace is 13x23x6.4 mm, and is 6.62 carats. The carats of the emerald cut stones range from 0.74 Ct to 1.89 Ct. The carats of the round-facet stones range from 0.297 Ct to 0.48 Ct. Total gem weight in necklace, including the melee, is over 17ct. The largest stone has a paler green color, the rest of the stones are more typical of Natural emeralds. With pendants and earrings containing an additional 3.78ct of better quality emerald. Earrings and pendant have 14k gold findings, everything else is gold over sterling silver Original box, (in rough condition) is included No treatment besides cedar oil which is typical for this type of emerald. Markings: None Condition: Age appropriate wear/Good, some stone wear in stones on necklace, the emerald cut stone to the right of center stone has chipping. Earrings and pendant are both in very good condition.
