The complete service for 18, all matching and complete, no hallmarks but the collar & caps are surely 22K gold plated sterling silver (vermeil), or at the very least would be 18K. Also, the cartouche you see inlaid there is 18K solid gold. The Napoleon III era service is stunning, a set you’ll use for luncheon, fruit, cheese and dessert service, and will thrill to own as your own family heirloom set. Each pearl handle with an inlaid 18K solid gold medallion and engraved monogram LG or perhaps GL, open to interpretation as are many of these old scripts, the set is truly fabulous.
