A pretty openwork seed pearl and amethyst Art Nouveau brooch / pin set in 9ct gold with a central floral design with the Amethyst stone as the head of the flower to the right. Stamped 9ct and bears a makers mark, with a C clasp. The brooch has an attractive curved shape and is typical of Art Nouveau design and style. Size : Approximately 3cm Gross Weight approx 2.75g. Condition: The condition is good – the brooch has been cared for. There are very superficial marks and scratches in the gold, the pin closes well, the seed pearls have only minor wear and the millegrain set amethyst is similarly in good condition.
