A VERY FINE ANTIQUE LATE EDWARDIAN PERIOD 15CT YELLOW GOLD & SPLIT PEARL STAR DESIGN PENDANT – C1910S & 3.61. A SUPER QUALITY & VERY CONTEMPORARILY STYLED PENDANT? The pendant is fitted with the original removable bale, which enables the jewel to be worn attached to a garment or other item. This pendant is stamped with the makers mark and an indistinct carat stamp, to the rear, but the metal tests as at least 15ct and is warranted as such. Measures 1.0 in overall diameter. It has an overall depth of 0.25. The bale is 0.20 long. The total weight is 3.61 grams. This item is in vintage condition 1. It looks new and unused. Antique band is in beautiful condition. The gallery setting holding the pearl has a nice high gloss finish. RING can be sized upon request. We have a Master Jeweler on site. Age – I would place this ring being made most likely in the 1940s, maybe newer based on the setting. GOLD KARAT/COLOR: 14K White Gold. Stamped faintly inside the band. No legible 14K stamp. Surrounded by a seed pearl edging. There are twenty-four small seed pearls all individually set in a continuous row along the oblong edge. With a 15ct rose gold back this superb looking antique piece of jewellery is complete with a secure pin clasp on the reverse. The brooch is tested 15carat gold, and would have been made between 1854 and 1932, the period in which 15carat gold was used and weighs 4.2grams. The brooch measures 21mm x 17mm x 7mm.
