The width of the pendant is 23.2mm Approx. WEIGHT: The weight of the pendant is 4.6 grams Approx. Beautiful antique hardstone cameo pendant. This is a wonderful pendant set in 18 carat gold. The pendant is round with a fabulous hardstone cameo in the centre. Set around the cameo are twenty three petite pearls with a creamy grey colouring. The bale of the pendant is also set with a petite pearl. There is no hallmark however we have acid tested the pendant and in our opinion it is 18 carat gold.
