Vintage Lovely Pair 14k Twin Poodles Brooch/Pin set Jewels. Looking so lovely and lively, pair of miniature solid 14k gold poodles hand crafted around 1950’s. Highlights genuine blue sapphires , which is ca. 5 points each in each dog’s eyes. The body is matte finish with textured hire. Made out of solid 14k gold throughout. 5 pearls on each dog’s collar, 3mm in diameter each pearl. The twin dogs chain together with 1 1/4 thin 14k chain, each dog has pin on the reverse side. Victorian 18K Yellow Gold Turquoise Seed Pearl Dangle Earrings Brooch set

Up for sale is a magnificent vintage set finely handcrafted in 18K yellow gold. Dates back to Victorian era, 19th century. Includes a pair of earrings and coordinating brooch that can also be worn as a pendant. Shaped as a disc with recessed border decorated with stenciled motif. The large spear at the center is pierced with a delicate chain terminated with elongateted spearheads each set with seed pearl and decorated with black stenciling. The central motif is overlapped with a domed row of channel-set turquoise gems. The dangle earrings feature four flexibly connected segments that move catching and reflecting light from various angles. The top and bottom segments are made of solid white gold set with diamonds and sapphires. Two middle segments are made of perforated white gold that is also set with numerous white diamonds and three cornflower-blue sapphires. The bracelet is made of semi-flexibly connected perforated gold segments alternately set with diamonds / diamonds with sapphires. All the photos are of an actual items offered for sale. The earrings measure 16 mm in diameter, 44 mm long at longest including french wire and dangling spear heads. The brooch measures 28 mm in diameter, 50 mm long at longest including dangling spear heads. Weight: 11.2 grams for the entire set. Turquoise: Count: 17 (7 on the brooch + 10 on the earrings – 5 on each earring). Seed pearls: Count: 6. This is an estate set in excellent condition considering the age of this beautiful set. Victorian BROOCH & EARRING SET 14K GOLD, Amethysts, Pearls, Black Enamel (4X10)

An extraordinary, very fine Victorian Jewelry Set dating to circa: 1870. The Set consists of an Amethyst Brooch and matching Amethyst Earrings; set in 14K Gold with Pearls and Black Enamel. The two long, dangly French wire pierced Earrings are set with a large round faceted Amethyst with a gold star and small white pearl set in the middle. The outer mounting has an open-work filigree design. Beneath is lovely gold fringe in an elongated V-shape, that moves along with the heady. The antique 14K Gold and Amethyst Earrings are absolutely stunning! They measure approximately 3 1/4″ wide x 2 5/16″ in length (from the top of the wire to the bottom of the bead of the longest fringe). The prong mounted Amethyst measures approximately 1/2 in diameter (including the overlapping prongs). The large Amethyst Brooch matches the design of the Earrings but with two additional good size Amethyst stones flanking the center Amethyst. The center star has touches of Black Enamel and there is a Black Enamel motif around the inner mounting. An open-work filigree design. The bottom of the Brooch has a section of dangly Gold Fringe that sways when moving. The Brooch measures: 1 9/16″ across x 2 11/16″ from the top of the gold ball to the base of the longest fringe. Like the Earrings, the center Amethyst measures approximately 1/2 in diameter (including the overlapping prongs). The two smaller Amethysts on either side are faceted and prong mounted. They measure approximately 1/4 in diameter, including the overlapping prongs. The Amethysts are a rich purple and all matching. The central Amethysts picks of light from the back and front facets, making them sparkle from the inside out. The Pearl set atop the gold star completes the design. The gold Fringe was popular in the 19th Century and unusual to find it still in tact. This is an exceptional Antique Pin and Earrings Set. Do note that the Brooch could be easily converted to an Amethyst Pendant via a jewelry adding links and chains to the filigree. The Set is in very fine condition with two slightly extended small gold curls (located on one Earring and on the Brooch) and a safety clasp added at some time (marked 14K) with a built-in locking lever. The Brooch and Earrings were assayed to confirm their carat at 14K Gold. Also areas of tarnish (patina) are a normal part of age. Both the Antique Amethyst Gold Brooch (Pin) and the pair of Antique Amethyst and Gold Earrings shows very well in the photographs. They are just as beautiful in person.
