THIS IS A RARE. & DIFFICULT TO REPEAT! This necklace is complete with a pair of cultured pearl screw back earrings in 9ct yellow gold which complement the necklace beautifully. These items date from the 1930s and would have been made to order for a very special customer! These items are supplied with the original custom presentation case and a care leaflet. This is a custom made necklace, for a special customer and would have been very expensive when new! The cultured pearl necklaces were always supplied in the individual presentation boxes, supplied here. The 1970s were a boom time for the company and they led the way in the development of Zirconia, a diamond substitute. They produced a significant range of superb quality costume jewellery, marketed both under there own brand name and for major jewellers & dept. Much of the later output is unsigned, but all of their output is of enduring quality and is keenly sought after. Is set with white cultured pearls necklace which features the original early rose gold ingot 9ct clasp. The clasp is stamped Ciro & 9ct. The necklace measures 22 in length. This necklace has a wonderful period patina. Are of classic Ciro screw back type and match the necklace and feature 2 drop cultured pearls. The gold clasps are stamped Ciro & 9ct. They are in excellent undamaged order. Is the original custom supplied production item in cream chagrin, with a lovely satin interior. It is in vintage condition 2. The interior is foxed, but has good gold tone clasps. It is otherwise undamaged. It measures 9.5 long and is 3.5” wide. We are supplying an original care leaflet. These items are in vintage condition 1. There is no damage to any of the pearls. The clasp has age related wear and scratching to the faces and the original marks are clearly visible.
