Antique Gold RG/GF Necklace with Gorgeous Drop c1880’s. This lovely necklace and pendant is in excellent Antique condition. The chain holds an extremely pretty pendant drop. This drop consists of two short chains which attach to the sides of the flower like pendant, which itself is held within a gold circle. This circle has four pearls about the edge. The’flower’ has a red stone at its centre. A teeny heart hangs from the base of the flower, and has a tiny red stone. All gold filled is nicely decorative, in good order for age, some slight wear on the edges. A great piece from Victorian/Edwardian times. The fob would have decorated a lady’s watch chain. It is highly detailed and beautifully made. The photographs show best exactly how lovely this piece is. This is a very old piece, with the chain being 50 cms long, and the gorgeous antique pendant is 7cms overall. A marvellous specimen from a by-gone age, exceptionally pretty and ornate.
