A rare & charming Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold Pearl set’Halley’s Comet’ Ring dating to c1910, which is diagonally set with three Seed Pearls. This wonderful Antique Ring, which weighs 1.4 grams, has an unusual shank made of three hoops that form Trifurcated Shoulders supporting the Pearl set Centrepiece decorated with Geometric Rose Gold Decoration. Typical of the Period, this Pearl set Ring is unmarked, but it has been tested and is guaranteed to be made from solid 9ct Rose Gold. The backing pin of brass for each button is present. They rest is a circular tooled leather case with silk and velvet lining. Dimensions Each button has a diameter of 0.5 inches (1.25cm). The case has a diameter of 3 inches (7.5cm). The total weight of the buttons (without the backing pins) is 9.0g. Condition The buttons remain in excellent condition. The case is worn to the exterior. Superb antique Victorian/Edwardian rose gold (front & back) locket set with beautiful garnets and pearls. Semi frosted finish to the gold. It comes on it’s original antique gold chain. Visually spectacular this is an exceptional example of it’s type. It is good usable condition including good clean interior and both photo rings. Back & front to the reverse. The locket measures 1.5 x 1 ins including decorative gold bale. The unmarked gold chain measures 22.5 ins. A few very light minor dents to the reverse. No UK Friday posting.
