This is a breathtakingly beautiful 9ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Crescent Brooch , which dates to circa 1905. This wonderful antique Brooch is claw set with thirteen graduated round-cut Rubies & eleven Rose-cut Diamonds in a dazzling Gold Crescent, which is fixed to a Gold knife edge bar set with a central drilled Pearl. As was common during this period the brooch is unmarked but it is guaranteed to be made from solid 9ct Gold i. It is not gold plated. This finest quality antique Brooch is set with truly gorgeous gems to create a jewel of superlative quality, needless to say it looks fabulous when worn and it is sure to attract many admiring glances. This stunning Brooch measures approx’ 41mm x 15mm and it weighs 4.0 grams. Overall this brooch is in superb condition and it is ready to wear; it is complete with it’s original pin, hinge & secure clasp and is presented in it’s original fitted antique box. The Box is covered in brown leather with a blue velvet interior and cream silk/satin lining to the inside of the lid – overall the Box is in great condition with a good strong hinge and push clap that works perfectly – as expected, the box shows wear to the surfaces commensurate with age. Stunning Antique Victorian 15ct Gold Pink Tourmaline & Pearl Floral Cluster Ring c1863. A stunning Victorian 15ct Gold Pink Tourmaline & Pearl set Floral Cluster Ring, which dates to 1863. (please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item’s description). This wonderful Antique Ring, which weighs 1.9 grams, has a plain’D’ shaped shank with decorated shoulders supporting the Pink Tourmaline & Pearl set Floral Cluster Bezel that has a diameter of approx’ 10.0mm with a further Pearl set to either side. This beautiful 19th Century ring combines the femininity and beauty of this bygone age in a ring that is quite simply sublime. As shown this fine quality ring is stamped with a full British Hallmark, confirming that it is made from solid 15ct Gold and that it was assayed in Birmingham in 1863. Overall the ring is in great condition with only age appropriate wear; when viewed through a Jewellers Loupe two of the Pink Tourmalines each have a flea bite to a facet edge, but this isn’t really visible to the naked eye and doesn’t detract from what is a beautiful mid Victorian Ring. As shown the hallmark is still relatively crisp and clear, which is indicative of the ring’s overall condition and of how little it has been worn. As shown the ring is a UK Ring Size’O 1/2′, which equates to a US Ring Size’7 1/2; a. S with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i. E it is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gauge depending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring when worn.
