Necklace strand is 14 inches long. Signatures/Markings: The necklace and earrings are in their original box from Carteaux Jewelers (Chicago, IL). The box itself says “Box Made in Italy” in gold writing on the bottom. Condition: Excellent/very good condition. Which have been very well protected and kept in their original box. History: I received this wonderful piece as a birthday present from my great aunt, Dixie Marquis, a Hollywood actress best known from her roles on The Detective, The Picture Of Dorian Gray, and the Cavett Show. This collection contains 8 hair pins that were made during the late 1800s. These pins are in good condition with normal wear for such antique pieces.
