RARE! Vintage Gold BUTTERFLY PEARL Perfume Bottle AMBER GLASS VANITY Antique

GORGEOUS and rare ornate metal and amber glass gold vanity perfume bottle. This would be a nice display for a Vogue bathroom vanity. The butterfly topper is simply sweet. It features beautiful amber beveled glass. The bottle measures roughly 10 tall. I also have other gold gilt items listed so check out my other auctions! The butterfly topper does not appear to be the original piece since it doesnt fit snugly in the opening and the glass piece is not long. It still looks gorgeous with this base. The brass metal has varying degrees of tarnish commensurate with age. The glass has light scratches also. Please see all pictures for more specifics. Other items listed separately. Circa 1950’s 22ct Solid GOLD, RUBIES & PEARLS BRIDAL WEDDING SET VINTAGE 47.3g

Circa 1950’s 22ct Solid GOLD, RUBIES & PEARLS BRIDAL WEDDING SET VINTAGE 47.3g. This wonderful set is AT LEAST 1950. I know this because it belonged to my mother who got married in 1950. It was given to her on her wedding day and from what I have been told, it is a traditional Bengali Bridal/Wedding set. All gemstones are genuine and natural. Heavy piece with central large pendant followed by 5 smaller pendants on each side. All the pendants hold a ruby at the base and at the top – one is missing from the top of the end pendant and the bottom of another one. Altogether there are the following stones. 10 rubies at 2.5mm. 28 rubies at 2mm. 1 ruby at 4mm. 32 rubies between 1-2mm. There are many small genuine seed pearls – 7 missing. Length of necklace is 17.5 inches. No hallmarks but a lot of the older pieces were not – however; this has been appraised by a jeweller as 22ct gold. Central pendant measures 3.4cm in height and 2.3cm in width. NB: A lot of the stones from this beautiful bangle have fallen out over time. Looking at it closely, this applies more to the pearls than the rubies. This bangle is an old piece, from a wedding bridal jewellery suite circa 1950’s. Lovely heavy piece weighing 17.97g. The gold is a bright yellow, with split pearls and rubies – I do think the rubies are natural as opposed to heat treated. Not hallmarked as many old Indian pieces were not. Width of bangle is 11mm. Inner diameter is 5.9cm. Most rubies measuring between 2-2.5mm, a few that are smaller. Measures 2cm x1.2cm. Posts are quite thick, but these can very easily be’shaved’ down to form thinner posts. Vintage Designer Trifari Earrings. Here is a very beautiful and hard to find vintage earring set, designed by Trifari. This gorgeous set is from the designer’s highly coveted 1959 “Sorrento” jewelry collection. These pieces are exquisitely fashioned in a floral and leaf motif with very attractive and unusually shaped luminous faux baroque pearls (also knows as “baby tooth”) and glittering smoky gray rhinestones, all set in a gleaming gold tone metal setting. The faux pearls flowers have gold tone textured leaves with unfurling tips that are embellished with gorgeous accents of shimmering pave set smoky gray rhinestones made to resemble black diamonds. The earrings are in a clip-on style. Pieces from this particular line of jewelry were featured in the “Sorrento” collection in a 1959 magazine advertisement for Trifari. I have enclosed in my pictures a copy of the ad for reference. The earrings measure 6/8″ x 1″. This fabulous jewelry is in great vintage condition.
