Victorian/Georgian 18ct yellow gold Diamond set clasp natural seed pearls

Late Georgian or Early Victorian row of Graduated natural seed pearls all in good condition for their age. Sizes largest 5.5mm going down to 1.5 mm. The string including clasp measures 43cm or 18inches approx. The clasp (tests) 18 ct yellow gold set with two large old cut diamonds they spread 4mm x4.8mm as these are old cuts thats an approximation as these stones are shallower than modern cuts they are a lovely white colour and a good quality. The snap in clasp is all intact and working new addition is the fig of eight safety clasp which has been sympathetically added at a later date than the piece. Please note that there is one small pearl missing see photos and I would recommend it being rethread by a professional pearl threader…. Sad to see it go…. A stunning Victorian 18ct Gold Diamond & Pearl Ring dating to c1890, which is set with two Old-cut Diamonds (approx’ 0.30cts in total) & three half Pearls (please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item’s description). This wonderful Victorian Ring, which weighs 2.6 grams, has a plain’D’ shaped shank leading to the raised & pierced gem set gallery. As shown, the ring is stamped with a fineness mark’18ct’ inside the shank, confirming that it is made from solid 18ct Gold. An Edwardian Pearl and Diamond (3.25ct) Flowers Brooch Set In 18ct Gold

Victorian Gold, White & Blue Sapphire Butterfly Brooch. An Edwardian Pearl and Diamond Flowers Brooch Set In 18ct Gold. This stunning 18 carat yellow and rose gold brooch is in the shape of a bunch of flowers and is adorned by 31 sparkling diamonds and 10 gorgeous, creamy pearls. It comes with a little gold safety chain. The item is not hallmarked but we have tested the gold content. All the brilliant cut diamonds have been checked. The whole item sparkles. We estimate the central diamond is 0.45 carats, the 2 by the lower single pearl are 0.25cts as is that in the left flower. The smallest diamonds forming the flower petals at 6 points with the rest averaging 15 points. We estimate the total weight of the diamonds to be 3.4 carat, but lets say 3.25 to be on the cautious side. The brooch is 2 inches (5cm) tall by 1.3 inches (3.25cm) wide. The chain has a length of 2.5 inches (6.5cm). The total weight is 10.3 grams. The brooch is in very good condition and it looks gorgeous when worn.
