Please find for sale an extremely fine Victorian unmarked but tested 9ct gold, large baroque Pearl, seed Pearl & gem set bug brooch. The brooch is set with a lovely large baroque Pearl to the body, with beautiful coloured old cut Sapphire of approx. 3/4ct, with 2 Sapphires of approx. There are also 2 peridot’s of approx. 1/4ct each, with beautiful fiery Opals, cabochon Garnets to eyes and natural seed Pearls. The brooch measures 4cm x 4.5cm, the total weight is a heavy 12.4 grams and is offered in good condition. All our Diamonds are natural earth mined Diamonds. All our jewellery is vintage/ antiq ue and may require a clean. Items do not come boxed, unless otherwise stated in the description. Check out my other items!!!! Description: This is a stunning 15k yellow gold rhodolite garnet & natural seed pearl demi-parure dating ca. 1870 in its original box. English Victorian, from about the time of the Civil War, this consists of a mesh filigree brooch set with a cluster of clear, reddish-violet garnets, and three larger stones surrounded by natural seed pearls creating dangles at the bottom. The lustrous seed pearls are strung on gold wire & it has its original C-hook clasp. The earrings en suite are smaller versions of the pin, each finishing with a large French wire closure. The box is a bit delicate the jewelry is in fantastic condition! (see all 16 images). Please look at all the pics carefully.
