Surrounded by intricately hand engraved gold framework and prong set with 2 small white natural pearls set in flower mountings above & below…. The intricate handcrafted gold mount to this piece is outstanding, a testament to the skill of the jeweler.. The central finely detailed oval enamel painting cameo alone measures 1 1/4 Inches or 31mm High by 3/4 Inch or 20mm wide and is perfect.
